Don't know if they have a monthly rate, but based on my experience there for just 3 nights I certainly wouldn't stay a month. Front desk is " not happy", the room is dated.

Front desk is very rude.once your in a room u are in it.my ac didn't work.wouldn't chabge rooms since I already showered
Honestly I'd suggest not even staying 1 night. The owner/front desk people where rude because I brought up the fact my room was a disaster. Microwave was filthy. Couldn't even use tv remote or in room phone to call front desk because they was both covered in some kind if sticky substance like honey or syrup. I left and stayed at the comfort inn right down street.. wasn't even allowed a refund
That's the nasty place looked like some one shaved their whole body in the tub never again you could not pay me to stay there again
