I looked up, it may not help now but I googled food pantries and there are several in Omaha. Call to see the requirements, but usually you need ID and a piece of mail where you live. There are a couple of places that help with rent one or two times a year. So that may help with money. Salvation army helps with rent and utilities payments I believe and general assistance at Douglas County Health Center at 40th and Center I believe. If you Google shelters in Omaha and call they may be able to help you with places that help. There are emergency shelters in Omaha and Council Bluffs. St. Vincent De Paul assist too. There is housing authority where you can sign up for apartments and they may pay for it temporarily or permanently if low income or disabled. Check with Council Bluffs the city across the river in the state of Iowa because they have help resources also. Call or get a hold of United Way and they can give resources. Usually googling help in Nebraska or Iowa can help.
Provide a SD card and identification. And around about income.
