Staff was extremely rude and short I took my son here for the first time and the guy at the front act like I was interrupting his personal call. I asked if we could get some assistance because I’m no good with electronics and it was for my seven year old and they told me no one could help and figure it out.

Please have the correct times on your computers. I just missed a very important meeting because I was looking at the computer clocks. Very p***ed off right now.

An amazing place for those new and old to the technology of today. Its for young and old as well. Many different activities to learn different gadgets and coding and almost all you can think of. 3D printers, sewing machines, game areas for the family, coding robots. ETC ETC. Love it.

Will go more often when covid let's up. Wonderful go to place for those of us not raised in the electronic age. They give wonderful patient advice when you are trying to do something new or a little more complex.

Go to the desk at entrance and let them know you need a new one
Ask at front desk it's free. They will sign you up
Yes, in the teen room they have several screens and controllers. Im not exactly sure what games are available, but i have seen a variety being played at once before.
Every Tuesday at 6:30pm they host Tech Help Tuesdays. You can bring any device and any questions you have and volunteers will assist you.
No. You just have to sign up for a membership card which takes less than 5 minutes and is free.
Yes. No appointment needed. When you go in just ask the staff at the desk nearest the computers and they will find someone who knows the program.
We do not require specific training to use our 3D printers but there is a learning curve. We do offer training classes and have instructions on hand.
Hi Steven! Yes we have several 3D printers! If you want to do your own printing, filament is $0.10 per gram. We also offer a paid printing service- prices are based on the model and you can come in and work with staff on the pricing.
I believe they are VERY community driven. Free use of technology and the internet to a community who needs it. They sponsor many free community programs to help out, like teaching children how to use technology, free coding classes, and a great free learning environment. This is one of the best spots in Omaha that I've seen in the last decade or so!
No
Yes you can bring food. There are open places to sit, but not specifically for eating.
iTunes is installed on all the Macs and can be installed on the PCs. However you'll need your own account.
Yes you can just walk in
Yes.
Yes, they do. However, it costs money to reserve a space.
They also have information on website regarding the classes, including descriptions and age groups. Def. Call and ask, they are kind and flexible
Thier schedule changes every month. I would just check thier website for events and classes. I would recommend the Littles lab for 5 year olds .
