Our room with 2 Queen sized beds came with an empty refrigerator.

We were there several weeks ago, I think it was a jr. Suite. The refrigerator was empty, just adjust the temperature.
I'd be surprised if the front desk could not do that for you. Just mention it when you are booking a room. They may already come empty.
