It's a no frills, affordable place to stay in Mystic. Went for my daughter's 15th birthday celebration with a couple of her friends. We got adjoining rooms so the girls could have their own space (and I could have mine) while still keeping an eye on them. The bathroom in their room had a leak coming from the ceiling. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. The bathroom in my room, the door didn't open all the way, the toilet never stopped filling with water, I even tried to fix it myself. And their towel situation needs attention. The beds were super comfy and the location is great. I would stay again because it is so affordable and so close to everything Mystic.

The manager was very gentle. The room we choose was perfect for a family size 3. The pool was great. Our soon enjoyed it a lot. This hotel is close to a dinner, shops, gas station, and two restaurants. We enjoyed our two night stay.

First day was on 1/5/22. Front desk was very professional and courteous.. helped me check in fast and very helpful with all my questions. Plenty of parking. Pool was amazing, they just had it redone and I found no issues. My room was perfect! It was clean, beds were comy, close to all your food desires. Speaking of desires, If you are staying here, go check out the diner next door. Food is phenomenal, service is 5 stars and prices are unbeatable. I wanna thank them for a great mini vacation. Please go check out this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

This place is good if you set your expectations correctly. The room was comfortable and generally spacious for the price. The bathroom was also good. The quality of the room left something to be desired in the sense that everything seemed a bit out dated and some details needed to be looked like, like the toilet being damaged. The service was good in the sense that the person that checked us in and out explained everything in detail and was very courteous. The pool was empty and fine. Nothing wow but at least it had one. I used it for 30 minutes but the water was too cold to stick around for long. The parking is free. Overall it's a decent experience if your expectations are realistic.
