Yes and yes, but the bike trails are mostly mountain bike trails, and quite technical (aka dangerous). If you're a strong road cyclist, I strongly recommend riding 534 westwards 4 or 5 miles down to the Lehigh river, and then riding the river trail (called the D&L trail) either north or south along the river. Flat, wide trail, beautiful scenery. If you go north you will get to a quaint little town called White Haven with some touristy places and good food (including a bike shop on the trial that serves food). You probably don't want to go further north than that as the trail becomes much rougher and root-ier (versus soft gravel). But you can go south as far as you want. When time comes to get back to Hickory Run, you'll have a serious but doable climb.
