Positive: Rooms had funky kinda mildew smell. Carpets felt soiled. Entrance and outdoor appearances wasn't good at all. Positive was excellent TV's, and room layouts. Finally, best positives was restaurant, food and service offered was biggest awesome surprises

This hotel is so nasty. Based on how run down the lobby was I asked to see the room and was told that wasn't possible due to covid. The room is extremely run down with ripped up carpet, marked walls and old, rutted beds. The bathroom was not only dated with mouldy caulking, it had other people's hair all over. See photos. Based on this experience, I will not stay in a Comfort Inn again.

As mentioned above - The only positive thing was the lady that didn't wait on me. My representative was anti-social and could be perceived as rude. Some of the amenities that we came for were inoperable, the dinning area was not to scale (small), the hallway where our room was located had stained carpets, bubbles in the wallpaper and smelled something fierce. The room was ok for the most part but the bathroom was outdated and had a weird layout. I had to practically drag my kids in to sleep (we woke up and purposely left the hotel until we needed to sleep to spend in the hotel). It definitely left a strong distaste in my family's ability to consider Choice hotels in the future.

We have come here for our weekend trip for our daughter’s dance competition. We are very disappointed by the place. We were looking forward to using the hot tub and enjoying our time here yet all four of us felt completely uncomfortable when walking in. It smells terrible and looks run down. Walking down the hall it’s carpets are stained and half the don’t have numbers which is kind of creepy. We all felt like something didn’t feel right. The room didn’t look bad but when we looked out our window. There is a rundown shack behind it that looks like something out of a horror movie. Our kids are begging to leave but it’s too late to change our accommodations. We will never come back here again. Very disappointed. Also the lady running the front desk was very rude when we told her that the TV remote didn’t work and we asked for someone to fix it.
