Head down to Bradford, cheap rooms. 10 min away. We stayed at Americas Best inn. $ 47, clean safe decent hotel. Avoid the other cheapo one, Econo Lodge. Yikes!!! Went in after booking on line, and left. Real bad. Lots of campsites in the area as well.
There is rustic camping sites courtesy of the Department of Conservation. Tent only I believe. Just google dec campsites for that area and it should still bring up a listing.
