Went in for xrays, the lead nurse was very rough, and really hurt the root of my mouth. She and the rest of the staff here were just not friendly at all, everyone seems very on edge, they were even bickering with eachother accross the hall, while i was being examined. Went back for a simple cleaning. Showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment, and yet 3 other people who showed up after me were all seen first. I understand that we probably were not all seeing the same doctor, but i waited for 45 minutes their just to be seen for a cleaning. My doctor finally saw me 30 mins later than our scheduled appointment time. She was very nice and knowledgeable, and so was the older male doctor i had seen the day prior, they were both really nice and informative. But by the time i finally got called in i was pretty unhappy about having to wait 45 minutes just to be seen for a cleaning, that I was professional enough to show up early for. The rest of the staff was just not very pleasant to be around. And they just do not seem to mind wasting a patients' time here

Very prompt and professional service. I was a new customer and was given an appointment in one day. Back today for an extraction that went very well. Friendly Dr. and assistant made me comfortable and confident in their abilities. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for the best dental care at very reasonable pricing.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I’m trying to get an abscess tooth taken care of, the receptionist claimed they absolutely accepted my form of insurance, confirmed an appointment for this morning, then told me they didn’t accept my insurance after I already drove 40 minutes to get there. So then I left, still in severe pain. Thanks for trying to bait me for money while I’m going through an emergency. ZERO STARS.

Staff was absolutely some of the nicest people I have had an encounter with. The hygienist was very thorough in explanation of steps and procedure. And the doctor was very interested in my comfort and made sure I didn't feel a thing! Highly recommend! Will continue my visits with the Olean Group! 👏🙌

This is not true, they have me 25% discount for being a veteran recently and worked with me on other costs. They have treated me very well and have done good work on me this week. They also give Veterans who come to their event in June an entire day of free dental work. I am very grateful for these people
