It is a great experience. Everything is set up nice for me to get in do my workout and go home. Not too crowed nor do I feel like I'm having to fight over weights. All and all great experience everytime I go!

I called ahead of time to make sure I could come in and do the cryotherapy and I got there and they didn’t have any gas for the cryotherapy. Very disappointed I drove an hour for nothing. I would put zero stars if I could.
