Understaffed like the rest of the country, but employees work efficiently to the best of their abilities. The place always has a huge line, and can sometimes take you up to 20 mins in the drive thru and there’s no way to go around once you’re stuck.

Stopped by for a sandwich and coffee. There are 2 Tim Hortons in Olean. We were at the one near the mall as it always seems cleaner and more organized.

They do buttered bagels.

Why no sleeves with the hot coffee? Apparently, the servers haven't heard of milk before and initially insisted they have only that thing called cream!
