Jo Ann's is my go to for decorations, crafts and I love to make jewelry and they have everything. There is always some sale going on or a coupon so that is awesome but I was grabbing some discounted stuff got to the register and it wasn't the right price. If you don't watch this could be a problem. The cashier was super friendly and nice and fixed it but it's not the first time it's happened.So just make sure you get the sale price!

Have came on multiple occasions and, when asking employees where an item is or for help they are very unhelpful. Have overheard other customers face the same problems. Management is poor and, unprofessional.

Many, many fabrics to choose from, as well as other items. Employees were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
