It does but, if you get one of the Hop on and Off bus passes you can get free passes for up to five attractions and you get VIP access at Several of them. The hop-on-hop-off bus passes are like 35 to $40 a day but you get several attractions with it. Or invest in one of the Chicago City passes and they do the same thing

360 Chicago also offers a discount for city residents, the Edge located in the building Formerly known as the Sears Tower does not.
