Not gonna lie, the place is pretty old and dingy. They dont answer the phone half the time or will have you on hold for ever and they're always booked out for like 6 weeks. But the staff I've dealt with are pretty nice and try to do their best. I came here when i was very young and pregnant at saw Dr Cox & i delivered at Northwestern downtown. So when i got pregnant again(16 yrs later) I came back to Dr.Cox. Truthfully i only saw Dr Cox once or twice and was mainly seen by the nurse practitioner, Cynthia Tran, for all my prenatal visits and she was AMAZING. Super nice, thorough, caring etc etc. I decided to bring baby to the clinic since they already had all her info from the hospital. Dr Nicole Burton(pediatrician) is great; patient, caring, answers all my questions, even recommended who to work with at their lab to get baby's blood drawn(I believe the tech's name is Boomi; she was really nice) so I'm definitely grateful and appreciative of Dr Burton's care. Pretty much, if you're nice to the staff, they're nice to you.

If you're sick, you can forget seeing a doctor. I have been trying for months to see the same physician I had been seeing and cannot see her. I will be getting my records and going elsewhere, because you will be dead by the time you can get in to see the same physician. It's probably actually a blessing in disguise, since I've been coming here for over a year and the doctor I've been seeing still doesn't know what's wrong. Horrible care for the underinsured, and this city wonders why Covid is on the rise. It's the horrible care at clinics like this. I wish I could rate them zero stars, because they don't deserve even that 1 ⭐

There was 2 different occasions where I called & set appointments for me or my child & when we got there, they said they didn't have no appointments set for us & I even showed my call log of when I called to make the appt, so the reception is obviously not doing their job putting info in system. I had a telehealth visit set,, but they never even called or sent a link, so the visit never happened & I tried calling but was on hold for more than 30 min just trying to contact them about it & was never able to get through. I'm a medical professional, so I know the first thing they're supposed to do is to verify identity, but I still remember once I went there & the male Dr mentioned medications saying you're on such & such medications? I said no I'm not, then asked my last name & date of birth then said he pulled up the wrong Jessica. He could've put me on the wrong meds or gave me a wrong diagnosis if I didn't correct him. The women's bathroom is always filthy, rarely has soap so IDK how they expect people to stay healthy without properly cleaning hands. I changed my daughter's PCP and currently looking for a new one for myself. The only good thing about it is Dr Burton, pediatrician, and the pediatric nurses are very helpful & friendly
