I had Lorenzo do my haircut. He spent 6 minutes on it(I looked at my phone when getting into the chair). As you can imagine, the haircut came out asymmetric and bad. He didn't utter a single word or ask me for any of my preferences, so I had to assume he had everything he needed in my profile. And while he appeared to have used the right length clippers, he absolutely botched the back. Super unprofessional and a horrible experience overall - I will not be having my hair cut by this person again. Had a better experience with Ana before and before that, with the previous hair dresser who worked there for like 10 years

I went in to get my neck lined up, Kelly cut the loc from the new growth almost off, I didn't notice until I made it to work, it was hanging by a thin strand, so bad I had to cut it out, she didn't even tell me, it was so bad, I know she had to see it, I went back a couple of days later and told her, she apologized, I went back again and the guy lined me up so high, to the point, I have to start new locs on the whole back of my neck, after being loc'd for 4 years, I had been going back and forth there for months, I wish I had just stuck with the regulars that had lined me up before, but even then when I leave, I would have cuts and lots of itching, so I'm just not going back, some people just don't understand loc'd hair and maintenance

Most of the stylists are pretty solid and do a nice job. Nothing fancy or amazing but a solid cut for a good price. Every once in a while I get a bad cut here but usually I'm pleased with the result.Thank you for your rating, Kevin!
