Bought a pair of Pumas from this location. They sold to me with no box. One of the ladies said sorry the box is raggedy then gave me the shoes without a box. I went TWO DAYS LATER with only wearing the shoes out of the store because of the box issue, turn get a size smaller only to be told they cant take them back because the sticker INSIDE the shoe looks warn. These are the same shoes on the shelf that people try on. I didnt even want a refund , just a size smaller and the lady says nothing I can do. Horrible customer service and policies.
