Staff was nice. Receptionist and nurses were friendly. Doctor was okay, however my visit felt very rushed. I was trying to explain my symptoms, and the doctor seemed confused. So besides sitting down to actually listen to me to figure out what it could possibly be, he instead said "I don't know what it is" and wrote me prescription and a referral to another doctor. If you're unfamiliar with the symptoms, cool. But to just say you don't know what it is and write a prescription to see if it works seems kind of odd. I've been in situations where I had symptoms and doctors couldn't give an exact diagnosis, but they did say "it may be this, it may be that, we're going to test for this, we're going to test for that". You know, really trying to figure it out. This doctor tonight really just said, "I don't know, but here's a prescription". When I get the doctors name, I will post it here. It was very unprofessional. He was nice, but also seemed to get annoyed at times because the info I gave him "wasn't enough". Literally I was trying to explain my symptoms and he seemed so confused (or didn't care to listen to understand) and asked "so what's bothering you". I told him many times, this is unusual, this has never happened. This is not normal. I do not know the cause. It does not itch, but it's not supposed to be here. That's what's bothering me. Didn't know I had to be itching uncontrollably to be taken seriously. SMH I will not be returning to this location

Our 2 year old daughter had a 104 fever and they took her in immediately. The staff was quick and efficient in handling her care. They were also amazing with kids, which was a huge blessing because we needed immediate care and didn't have time to get to a kid specific urgent care. We are so grateful they took such great care of our daughter and were so professional, attentive, and adjusted their care to make her comfortable.

Overall, I rate it (my experience) very high. The need for masks is asinine. They DO NOT work and that has even been confirmed by EVERYONE. They actually cause harm, which has also been confirmed my multiple studies. Ditch the G*d d**n masks. You aren't doing anyone any favors by requiring it. Even if it makes someone "feel good," you're still causing harm and reinforcing stupidity.

Not busy at all great, only 4 individuals in the waiting area. The registration process seemed kinda rushed. The young lady spoke very fast in a hurry. Had to ask to repeat the question. The nurse printed the wrong chart information. Wait time 2 hrs. Blood work could've been performed during this time. Bonus. Otherwise, I love the convenience.
