Navy Pier is free, but you need to find parking or take public transit.
Free to walk along the pier and enjoy the atmosphere. .Although if you drive and want to park in Navy Piers garage it's $30. Also there's food to be had and other entertainment on the pier that will cost, such as, they have amusement park rides for the kids which range between 9 and $15 and $18 for adults , they also have stores inside the pier , so money will probably be needed to enjoy the full offering that Navy Pier has
Navy pier is place where many chargeable things to do. Or you can simply roam around freely there.
