During the day but night is amazing
Definitely during the day. There are shows at that venue at the end during some nights though.
I personally enjoy the evening in to night. The lights, music & atmosphere are amazing.
We have always been there during the day, mostly at afternoon in summer. There are benches and other arrangement to sit and lie down to enjoy the breeze.
