They do not dinner time is crazy I'd go around lunch it's about 30 min wait then.
They don't do neither from I recalled. I went there and got a buzzer to ping me when ready and wait times can be over 90 mins on weekend's. I went to shop for an hour plus then came back to get seating

According to both the Longhorns website under the faq and my experience there they do accept call ahead for the list.
Not sure about reservations which I would suggest you call on a Friday or Saturday especially! I went with friends in a Wednesday for late lunch about 3pm but when we were leaving it was getting crowded!
No reservations, no call ahead seating. Long wait times. Minimum of an hour for a party of two. If you have 4 or more people beware they have very few large tables. Last time I was there with 6 people they told me 45 to 50 minutes which turned into an hour an 20 minutes. Personally I dont thing the food is worth the wait times
