Yes there is a bag check. It's located next to the Car Racing area under a tent. I actually thought they were selling bags until I went over to ask & realized that the students were handing their backpacks over to a staff member & the staff member handed them a ticket in return. When it was my turn I asked the staff member about the bags, they said it was a bag holding area. One staff member is present at all times sitting behind a long table.
No but there's a bag check where they check your bag then keep it with a staff member
