This place is filthy & the water is by far the worst dirty nasty water I have ever seen come out of a facet! We didn't even want to use it to flush our toilet with let alone bath in it! We went and bought a water filter, used it for only an hour and it was plugged so we had to buy & use bottled water for everything for our entire stay! What's worse even is that when we checked in they didn't even bother to warn us not to drink the water! UNBELIEVABLE!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!! There are a lot of nicer places to stay all along the river in Parker all approx the same price as this place. I'll choose one of them next visit!

WHAT A DUMP! Things website DOES NOT say… 1. You can’t drink the brown salty water.. you have to buy it at the front of the park 2. The clubhouse has be closed for over 2 yrs.. the Wi-Fi is non existent 3. You will NOT get ANY signal for phone calls/ internet on your phone.. Once you leave the road, you get NOTHING!!! 4. Everything is that soft fine dirt! Absolutely EVERYTHING you own will be dirty covered in about 3-4 minutes once you arrive! Never saw any bathrooms/ laundry area, they do have 2 port-a-potty’s by the closed clubhouse! This place is used by weekenders that boat, ATV, or jet ski. Most residents are seasonal/full-timers that are very kind and friendly and love to party. Those people got us through this horrific situation. After being a younger couple that has been full-time RVing for 2 years, we now can say we have stayed at the worst place ever!
