Over priced roach motel. The place is horrible. The carpets are caked with dirt. Will turn your socks black on the bottom when walking in them. There were cockroachs coming from the cracks in the walls and little roaches coming from the shower drain. The beds are highly uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean &starting to be remodeled. Good for family on budget. Very nice staff. We loved the Cafe behind we walked to. Delicious breakfast there

This place is a joke. Place is disgusting! First look it looks decent but once inside we noticed holes in doors, light shades busted, front door duct taped or whatever, tile coming up, microwave unclean, remote to second bedroom didn't work, I mean there are a few more things as well. I absolutely 100% will never stay here again nor will I recommend any too!! Definitely stay somewhere else besides at a budget inn!!

The Budget inn really lived up to its name budget. The smell in the lobby made me nauseous. The beds and pillows were hard. At least we had a place to sleep at night, however neither of us got much sleep. Would not recommend it at all. Next time we'll stay someplace nicer.

Actually the place is not that bad we say go out the back in the late suicide races Parker Blue Water back in the 80s and 90s. Then that place was a dump a lot of grades not bad to Queens flat screen TV stove sink microwave very clean for the price is very reasonable especially on holidays if there's nothing out there if you just going to stay and sleep and go that's place you're going to stay for like a whole week then that's your decision cuz she does the Sheraton or whatever the hotel that is out there we spend for 2 days 2 nights we spend $193 warm water towels always there refrigerator not bad place to go I do recommend it depends what kind of taste you have
