The hotel needs carpet and a few other things, but the house keeping is 5 star. The management is 5 star....super clean and on point. Great tv, ac and beds. For the price it is worth Every penny

I like it here its been really great been here since January 18th 2018. The owners and managers they been really great. They have been here for me from day 1. And, its been very enjoyable stay here.

Was greeted every morning with a smile and whatever was available to do in Parker, was happy to have the business back, very clean and accomidating, would recomend highly. The management personal and even their puppy are awesome.

Great prices and clean rooms. The manager Debby is a hoot very nice lady. Can't go wrong if you are looking for a no frills place to stay even though all rooms have a fridge and microwave.
