Just left this place after sitting 30 minutes waiting for a server to come by. Another server came by twice to tell me my server would be out soon. I left at the 31 minute mark- told him on the way out 30 is the most I can wait- he apologized and told me to drive safe. Not oh, I’ll get ur order or anything like they wanted my business… seriously won’t be back.

Service was quick & the waitress was sweet. Greeter wasn’t too personable but maybe it’s been a rough day? However, not a big selection on food. So we ordered a beer & a frozen margarita. The kind waitress comes back & said they were out of that particular beer. Ok, ordered another brand. Then she comes back & says the frozen drink machine is broken (which *typically* means they haven’t cleaned it or just don’t want to mess with the hassle). My son ordered the chicken twisters with a certain rub they had on their small lackluster menu. Nope. They were out. So he ordered a different one. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak that literally looked & tasted like unseasoned ground beef. Not steak. Had my husband try it, he said the same. I took one bite & didn’t finish it OR the fries. Just left it there. My son has NEVER not eaten his full meal, but even he only ate half and didn’t want to take the rest home either. He said the chicken & rub used ‘tasted weird’. And he’s not picky about his chicken. Husbands sandwich was good, however. And as an ale house, we thought we’d see more local ales with different variety. So….all in all…I would absolutely never go back. Again the waitress was great though!

Everything about our dinner and service was lackluster, at best. It took forever to get our drinks; my wife's had to be taken back and remade because it tasted and looked nothing like a Hurricane. They didn't let us know what wasn't available on the menu until after we ordered. We never got the extra napkins we asked for, and our tea refill didn't show up until we were ready for the check. What we finally got for food, a patty melt and southwestern burger, had no real flavor to write home about. While the server was polite, her head was nowhere in the game (maybe new?).
