Very much understaffed. The cashier had to go cook the food. And take orders. The wait was ridiculously long. The food was mediocre at best. Definitely won't be coming back to this location

Was standing in the drive tru for more than 30 minutes. Even restaurants serves faster. Not clean as well.

Horrible. Got a #2 with no mayo or onions and extra pickels what do I get a #2 with extra onions and extra mayo. Yes I went to the dive through because I had to close my store down to go get lunch.

I'm at work I can only close it once.

Second time eating at this location. Both times the food was not fresh. Not talking about fresh out the fryer, either. I am talking about pass the time it's suppose to sit out after being cooked. I worked fast food for years. Poor service & food 👎

I thought everyone should be trained the same. You watch the videos and sign papers before being hired. Yet still as a customer I need to find out who is cooking? That's very odd. Locations hire more than 1 cook. If staff is short the shift manager should know the in & outs, right? No excuses

How long does it take to get food? Answer along time especially since cooks havent even started cooking going on 4 min now.

In my experience the food is usually ready in 4-5 minutes.

Why did you add salt to my whopper? I could not even keep it in my mouth it was so salty.

They forever messing something up

Ordered a double whopper with NO mayo, No Ketchup, No cheese. Paid $6.64. I get home and there is cheese 1 patty. I called to fuss and I was told that I would need to being the burger back. WTF. Kind of service is this?
