Service is leisurely pace, music is a little too loud making it hard to communicate with staff, burgers are okay, cleanliness was awful. There was too much grease on the floors and especially on the bathroom where it felt like ice skating.

We do not have a separate closed off space. Call and speak with a manager for details.
Once you put in you phone number when paying, it will automatically apply any coupons in order, if multiple. You can also text the number on the bottom of any red Robin email you still may have. In the future, it may be beneficial to archive all emails instead of deleting them so you can search them in the future if needed.
