Good food when the right staff is working

We've been going to this location for two weeks straight, due to some appointments... Three stars ⭐⭐⭐. This location has so much potential, but never seems to reach it. Sometimes the staff is very friendly, some times they're not. Mind you, not rude; but sometimes just a "hello" means all the difference in the world. We've also had our order wrong on two occasions. Adding butter to plain biscuits (when plain "without" is requested) and the other day we got sweet tea when a soft drink was ordered. We're gonna continue to return. Hoping things get better at this location, because regardless of the customer service or mix ups, the food is always hot and tasty!
