I thought everyone should be trained the same. You watch the videos and sign papers before being hired. Yet still as a customer I need to find out who is cooking? That's very odd. Locations hire more than 1 cook. If staff is short the shift manager should know the in & outs, right? No excuses

Yes it depends on which Burger King tou eat at- and how well they cook.
I stop by every two weeks or so and have usually see well prepared, fresh food.
next time just let them know that you want a burger with no seasoning then they will cook you a fresh patty
