Nice clean rooms. Good warm cookies in the evening and a nice breakfast in the morning. The manager Laura and her staff are very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Rosie was more then hospitable she was on the phone thought she smelled her cookies burning and they weren't by the way. My coworker and I asked if we can have some of those cookies and she went out her way and got us each some cookies fresh out the oven with some milk which were delicious. Also if she played any part in this morning's breakfast she is owed another 5 stars because it was more than delicious, the pancakes with the sausage and eggs was perfect they have really good pancakes here and I hope they continue to serve them throughout the weekday and not just on Saturday. My experience at this Best Western has been five stars everybody's been so courteous,kind, and helpful.

The staff on my arriving day was excellent and extremely nice, the room was very clean and the pool was relaxing. However on my leaving day I decided to take a bath. A little water spilled over the tub once entering and within minutes i was receiving calls to my room, and employees knocking on my door. They said the water was leaking through the floor and I cannot overfill the bath. My girlfriend went down to ask for an extra hour to check out (12, instead of 11). To be met by a manager yelling in her face about the ruined floor and overfilling the tub. I immediately went and took pictures of the tile damage and holes already present within the bathroom floor when we arrived, rust, calcium deposits, and broken chips or un filled tile spaces. This shows that it was the managers lack of knowledge at her hotel room conditions, without reason yelling at my girlfriend.

Stuff was so kind and friendly. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so delicious and warm. Thank you for the good service.
