My husband dented one of the panels in our garage door in Decemver 2020. Since Overhead Door had installed the doors, we called them for repairs. The new panels didn't come in until late May and didn't match. My husband pointed this out to the installers who basically shrugged it off and charged us the full amount. After several days of back and forth, Overhead agreed to redund us half the amount. Guess what? They are over the 7-10 business day timeframe they said they needed. Steer clear of this business!
