Great customer service. Due to the ice from winter storm they could not get the door open to get the carpet padding that we ordered out. They gave us an upgrade to a better quality padding that was accessible. We also had to make two trips to get all of our materials, by the time we made it back they were already closed. Mike was the warehouse worker who was kind enough to jump back on his forklift to pile on our second load. From shopping, ordering to pick up all in all a great experience.
