We own a small local family business and bought a machine at this place, few months after, we had several failures with it, since we bought it almost new, we made the sales rep to talk to their service manager and validate warranty on it but still we got a bill so we had to ask the sales rep again, who sold us the machine, to call the manufacturers and they approve the repairs at no cost, few months after, machine brakes down again, same problem, now this time, Bobcat service department told us we had to pay for the repairs so we said ok go ahead and give us an estimate, the parts were around $1,500 and the labor was almost $3,500 so a total of $5,000 obviously it was too much money for labor and we disagreed with their quote, we asked to order the parts only to take it somewhere else to put them on, well, they had to unscrew a couple of pieces from my machine to give us a quote so what it would usually just take 15 minutes to unscrew a couple of parts Bobcat Service department decided to charge us 7 hours for labor !!! We had to pay them over 1,000 dollars just for that !!!! It was a situation take it or leave it exactly those words coming directly from their service manager This place is arrogant, unprofessional NOT trustworthy and terrible !!! They overcharged customers for labor, I’m pretty sure that’s not legal Horrible and dishonest people there, this business should be reported for overcharging customers and the bad quality of the parts they put on their machines, stay away !!
