I was Not happy with the loveseat quality and definitely NOT happy with the warranty they offered that I bought. Waste of good money. Sofa peeled and split and lift broke. Warranty covered fixing lift but wouldn't cover the wear and tear from just sitting in it. No abuse. Now it's going in garbage and it's only 16 months old. I would have been better off finding a gently used couch somewhere else with NO warranty. Especially in the times with COVID-19 and things being so expensive! I feel soooo ripped off 😞.

Excited to get my new couch today! I was very impressed with the Jaws and Claws warranty. The couch is covered against damage from animals! The sales man did specify that it was single incident only! All claims must be filed as soon as possible! I checked a few other places and didn't find any place with a comparable warranty!

I think I found my furniture store. The staff are very nice and courteous. I ended up purchasing a couch and love seat with dual electric recliners. I also purchased a dinette set. I purchased these items on 04/02/22, the entire order was delivered and set up on 04/04/22. I had one issue with a one of the USB ports on the love seat. Called today, the lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful and ordered the part right away and will have a service person come replace the defective part as soon as it comes in. Also if you see it on display they have it in stock. I will be visiting them again when I get ready to replace my bed.
