I went with my 9 month old and it was very accommodating! High chairs definitely available.
The Smith is definitely for adults. I don't think I've ever seen anyone younger than 16yo and I doubt it's even child friendly but safest bet might be calling them directly

I agree with all of these answers. Out of the many times I've been there, I've never seen any kids. However they do seem very accommodating, so I'm sure bringing kids there is fine. It is also very loud and has a large bar, which may not be conducive for children.
I think it's more adult oriented. But I'm sure they would accommodate. The service was great.
