We are going to be in the area on Dic..our flight is late nite..getting there after midnite..it is posible for us to check in at the hotel as soon we get there..or do we have to wait until 3pm to do so

Call them and tell them thst you will be late. Oterwise they will.give your room to someone else.

As Anoop said, call and ask. As long as they aren't super busy, it's likely they'll let you do early check in.

No, you should be good, but they still charge you as one day and checkout is still at 11am.
