I was here few 2 days in room number 5206 on the 52nd floor , paid almost 1000 USD per night but is 0 value for money. There services are not upto the mark. To list down things Access Cards dont work , in an elevator which has almost 60floors u are stuck like a fool , got it change 2 times still same issue continues. People are rude , the gym receptionist named Angelica was very rude and did know how to communicate eventually had to stop going to fitness center. The tech is not updated , while trying to take money out of the atm the card got stuck inside and eventually know one knew what to do. Over all experience was diaster. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY STAYING HERE

Was at Sony Hall at the same address for New York Fashion Week. Great venue. Awesome drink menu. A bit pricey but delicious! A good place to have a party.

My boyfriend and I went there a couple of years ago I had actually been there the year before. You guys rock! Every single member of your staff was polite kind and knowledgeable. The place, the lobby, the rooms, the place for breakfast were above our expectations. Thank you for making our visits so enjoyable.

I have stayed here multiple times. Everything is on point. Excellent location, excellent prices, excellent rooms! Lobby and bar area are a plus. The customer service never disappoints. I don't think there is a better hotel to stay in unless you want to pay $$$$$. I have paid a lot for other hotels that didn't have the location and rooms that this hotel provides for a good price. You can not go wrong with the Paramount Hotel!
