Not Safe…Stay Away During our stay on July 7, 2022 my wife’s purse with all her personal items, including her passport, was stolen from the breakfast area in the hotel lobby. The front desk attendant showed no surprise, concern, or empathy for our situation. No apologies for what happened. When the hotel manager arrived 30 minutes later, she showed no surprise either. No apologies either. She barely talked to us and went to call the police and review the video camera tape. Her attitude and body language suggested that this had happen before and she was used to it. The NYC Police arrived and after meeting with the manager and looking at the video camera tape they informed us that an intruder came into the lobby and took my wife’s purse from the seat in front of me in a second, while I momentarily looked at my cell phone. This hotel has no security in place to prevent criminal activity and guarantee guests’ safety. Actually, the hotel was under construction when we stayed, and this fact is not disclosed on its website for reservations. Think it twice before staying here and you better look for a safe place to stay.

The rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly. My toilet also overflowed on bathroom floor and I called front desk to let them know and she said it happens often. Customer service by itself deserves 10 stars . They were amazing at front desk and accommodating.

A decent hotel near the airport and highway with parking on site. The complimentary breakfast was actually good with a wide variety of items to choose from. My only complaint is the bathroom faucet that extends all the way to the middle of the sink which made it almost impossible to wash your face without getting water all over the counter and floor.....not very thought out

I stay in hotels roughly 200 nights a year for work, this is a great hotel for the price. Prompt and expeditious airport van (10 minute ride) polite staff, and a clean room; hard to ask for much more! Cons 1. Can’t reserve the airport shuttle so make sure you get down to the lobby 15 minutes prior to ensure you get a seat 2. If you order food they don’t allow the delivery staff to bring it to your room

Many hotels allow cancellation until 6 PM on the day of the reservation, but if can vary to 24 - 48 hours early depending on the rate you booked.
