Went in to purchase Liability insurance. Was there for an hour and twenty minutes. Was asked to come back once again to give a deposit check which took another forty five minutes at his desk simply to give a check. I was never given any paper work at any point in time. Received an email From Antonio asking me to once again come in, this being the third time, to sign a finance application. We agreed on an appointment day and time via email in which Antionio never even as much as showed up. The office was completely closed. No apology no nothing from Antonio. I then emailed Antonio asking him to mail me the papers in which he never did. The policy was for around $805.00 for the year. I put $247.00 down in a cleared checked. Forty one days later I received letter of Cancellation due to Non Payment. Update.... The owner reached out to me via telephone expressing his concern with my dissatisfaction. I too am an owner of a business and understand that this had absolutely nothing to do with him as the owner and everything to do with his employee. I have changed my 1 star to 4 stars due to the owner showing his pride in his company and willingness to reach out to an unsatisfied customer.
