I have been a resident here for several years now and I love it. Sometimes the office is hard to get in touch with but THEY ALWAYS call me back the same day. it is usually Hetal that calls back which is great because she is always willing to listen and address the issue.

River Pointe at Den Rock Park quickly felt like our home thanks to the wonderful staff and community. The property and units are well maintained and dog friendly which was important for our family. In particular, Jocelin was a phenomenal support and resource. She guided us through every step - touring the apartments, moving day preparation, settling into the community, and everything that came after. Jocelin has been so kind, communicative, and helpful - she made our decision an easy one. We're lucky to have such great staff at River Pointe!

I love this community and how the management team here is so attentive of the residents. Hetal always has her door open and is available to anyone. Shaun and Ignacio do an amazing job maintaining the site. Definitely recommend to everyone

Great place to live. Front office personnel are kind sensitive and eager to help. Maintenance people rush to fix even the little stuff. Apartments are well maintained and up to date. Leasing flexibility is superb. Glad to be here and plan to stay.
