*Maybe* this could be a decent stay if you book through an external booking service (assuming they don't manage to mess that up). NEVER use their website to book - it wouldn't send a confirmation, then it sent two confirmations, and they refused to cancel, and I had to settle it with my credit card company. There are several other hotels of about the same price in the area that won't screw you over, try those.

This hotel was great. Very clean and fresh in the room and lobby. The hotel looks to have been recently renovated which is always a huge plus for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I picked this spot because of the price and the proximity to subway. There are not a ton of restaurants within walking distance but, we found a nice spot for breakfast nearby and we spent the rest of our time in Manhattan and DUMBO. The breakfast offerings were very basic (which is why we went elsewhere for that) but the coffee was excellent. I would have given 5 stars except for two points; 1) the room was very cramped. The choice of furniture and the layout could have been different to make it feel less cramped. 2) The digital thermostat was very hard to figure out. It had way too many functions with no explanation of what they did and it was hard to tell if it was even working. We left it alone while we spent the day out and when we came back the room was freezing. After looking the unit up online we figured it out though. All in all, I would definitely stay here again based on the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.

Adequate. The rooms are small, the walls are thin, my floor was sticky the whole week I was there. The linens were clean and the beds are decent. The staff is variable. Some are very kind and helpful, others look at you like you are a nuisance and they respond incredibly indifferently. The breakfast is a small muffin in a paper sack. Location is great though.

I checked in on 03/25/22. The front desk receptionist was rude no smile no welcoming at all. I also purchased the parking for $30 which I figured if I leave the parking spot I’ll easily be able to find another parking spot. 1} They had maybe only 10 spots and god knows how many tickets for the parking they sold. Every time I pulled out the spot I had to wait over a hour to remark my car. They should only sell tickets in the amount of spots they have. 2} when I got to the room it was freezing cold. I called the front desk and told them no heat is coming in no matter how high or strong I set the thermostat if someone can come take a look. Receptionist had the nerve to tell me he can adjust it from his end what’s the temp I want it on? I said I would like to adjust it my self to my comfort level which he again said he will adjust it and still no heat came in I had the same issue the next day. 3} check out day was even worse. As I was getting my things ready to check out and I flipped the comforter over it had blood on it near the middle. I was disgusted to my stomach. But to play it fair I got undressed and was checking my self in the mirror which I had no cuts or stretches anywhere. I tried to explain to front desk but they were just brushing me off. This was by far the worst stay I have ever had. The only good thing about this place was the bathroom looked very clean that was all. I have pictures I wish I can add them.
