I have tried working with Mill City Insurance for about a year or two. Within that time I had gone in person multiple times to pay my bill and to fill out multiple autopay forms since they had not been answering their phones consistently. During the times they did answer their phones I was "helped" by multiple people who did not actually help me over the phone or note my account whatsoever so I had to go in person to try and resolve any issue I'd been having. Going in person usually took almost 1 or 2 hours despite having a queue of only ~5 people each time and 3 employees on at any given time. Their check-in process was a joke. They had a sign in sheet that they didn't actually look at and repeatedly took people who had arrived after others just by guessing all while having conversations across the room with other clients that distracted them from helping the clients in front of them. After going in person multiple times and filling out multiple bank account forms, I had been assured each time that they would pull from my bank account in the future to collect payments. After each time, under the impression that they actually would pull from my bank account, I had found they had not tried collecting payment and within 2-3 weeks of not collecting payment (that I had already authorized for them to do each time) and had canceled my policy. I have no idea where my bank account information has been going if they have not been using it to collect payments as we had planned. I finally gave up and switched insurance providers because this is not how you run a business. Before Mill City Insurance I'd only had a car insurance policy canceled once due to my own error. After having gone there, I have now had my policy canceled 2 more times, but each of these times was not my fault because there were no attempts to pull from my account despite having filled out multiple autopay forms. Now not many insurance providers will even take me because of how much it looks like I don't pay my car insurance. To say I'm dissatisfied is an understatement because now this will affect me for years to come.

I have no big issues with Mill City and they have been accommodating most of the time depending on which representative you get. Otherwise, response time can be slow.
