Saw the place on tiktok and was about to place an online order only to find they were just over an hour away! It’s a super cute building not hard to get to at all. Comfortable inside with everything labeled so nothing is confusing. Mason helped us at the counter and told us everything we needed to know when we come back! And we definitely will be!! Exceptional quality here. It's pricy, of course. Though if you know how to cook these it's Steakhouse quality at half the price. They also have excellent rubs/sauses, farm fresh milk and eggs, premarinated steak tips, and even have a lunch counter!

A great butcher shop that also has a small produce, beer, wine, and seasonings selection. I appreciate that they put effort into finding quality sources for their meats and fish, local and sustainable. The staff is very helpful and will get you a special cut if you need one. They also have a wide selection of house made sausages, marinated meats, and more unusual meats like elk and rabbit. Also the only place I've found in this area with good blood sausage!

They do not kill their own cows. That takes special facilities.

There is a whole freezer of exotic meats I know I've seen python and believe there is also things like bison, alligator, and turtle. They are all prefrozen. For anything specific you can call they are very helpful.
