The free parking was taken when we got the late afternoon. We were able to find a spot under the bridge easily.
Very hard to be honest. It would be lucky you find any parking afront of the hotel itself due to how busy it is at all times.

There's a lot behind the hotel with limited spaces or metered street parking on 38th street beginning at 8am

Most times we found a free parking spot behind the building. Parking lot is not huge.
Parking is off street
If the parking of the hotel has an empty space, it is free of cost and hassle free.. otherwise quite difficult
