WHEN IS THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR TO SEE THECHERRY BLOSSOMS IN FULL BLOOM

I would wait until May and then check out the cherry trees on Roosevelt Island, specifically FDR Memorial Gardens (get off the subway and walk left until you hit the Park's entrance gate).

They're not in full bloom at this garden but you can check Flushing Meadows park for the cherry blossoms, they're in full bloom there already!
