In person fairly helpful, but don’t bother calling to ask any questions. I’ve called multiple times about a product or service and was told it was available only to arrive and discover it wasn’t. Who’s got time for that? 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It’s a Staples off fourth Avenue next to Pep Boys auto parts — if you are coming in with a question or need for printing I would have always suggest going elsewhere

I’ve been putting off signing up for TSA precheck for so long and I regretted that when I saw the long waitlist for most locations in Brooklyn in Manhattan but this location just opened (I think this week?) and I had such a great experience. I expected this to take awhile but I am pleasantly surprised. There was no wait time and thanks to Wayne and his courteous and effective service, I was able to be in and out in under 10 min. Much appreciated!

It's not like I haven't experienced some bad service here like others here have described--I have--but for the most part, I've found the staff here to be quite helpful and polite. It also offers a lot of amenities (postal service, copy center, etc) and has ample parking, which is a rarity in Brooklyn.

Yes
Not sure but you can get samples online that you could probably print
Yes but they prefer if you don’t use them since it’s the employee’s bathrooms. If you really have to go though, you can ask an associate and they will tell you where it is and punch in the code for the bathroom for you. If you aren’t buying anything then you should just go to the park’s bathroom across the street. The bathroom there is pretty nice actually.
You can take the F, G , or R to 4th Ave, 9th St. and walk a few blocks here.
You can recycle electronics and ink and you can recycle them anyday that Staples is opened. If you have ink go to the check out and tell the cashier. If you have electronics you can go to the Tech department and just drop your stuff off on their counter. They will handle the rest. The only thing they don’t recycle is batteries that aren’t rechargable. I’m not sure what else.
Employees and customers are wearing masks, store is not crowded, and there are signs and floor markers to encourage distancing.
