Started MAT at this location about 2.5 weeks ago. The staff is very friendly and caring. If you are a new patient/intake, I suggest showing up right when they open at 5am to ensure that you are able to get through the intake process. I see negative reviews on here, but pay them no mind. How I see it is, show up on time, be respectful of staff and other patients, follow the rules, pay on time, and you won’t have any problems. It’s really not that hard. My life is already moving to being back on track. They are pretty short staffed so make a mental note of that, some things may take longer than usual but just…be nice and appreciate their help and take recovery seriously. MAT has already given me a 2nd chance at life and it’s only been 2.5 weeks. I plan on continuing to receive care here for the foreseeable future. Thanks, BAART team!

BAART programs has had their ups and downs! They struggled with long lines due to nursing staff leaving consistently. However, they fixed the issue and had a smooth running clinic for the last 6 months. 2 more nurses quit, and today it took 1 hour waiting in line to dose this Saturday 8/6/22. There is a pattern of a super high turn over rate among the nurses only. There’s no stability besides 1 loyal dosing nurse, 1 nurse that’s the Dr’s assistant and 2 loyal front desk staff. I think BAART needs to think about what they can do to incentivize their nurses to stay for long term employment. That will create stability and help the clinic shine.

In all honesty, this place and staff saved my life, they have bent over backwards at times to accommodate my hectic work schedule. Would recommend this group to anyone looking to better there life..

It's $90 per week. It sounds like alot but it costs less than a heroin or pill addiction.
Hi Back! There are a few clinics in the surrounding area, and depending on your exact location will determine the distance to the nearest clinic. I'll try to give you an idea of the distance from Daybreak!! The cities that have clinics are as follows: Provo 41 minute drive, Orem 37 minute drive, Taylorsville 24 minute drive, and Murray 26 minute drive. I will say I am bias but the Murray Clinic is the BEST!! Hope to see you soon!
Yes it's true. We don't give out medical records at all without a court order unless your changing clinics or a doctor's office with a coordination of care signed.
If you choose the suboxone route you'll come in everyday for a week to dose and then after that you get a weekly script of whatever your decided dose is. So you'll be coming in once a week on a decided day to see a counselor and the nurse to get your script. After that you'll have follow up appointments with the dr every 90 days and an annual appt. once a year. The UA's are once or twice a month on average
No. The doctor has to be there for first time patients and he's not there on Saturday. I don't think any Methadone clinic has a doctor available on Saturday's. You can call different places and ask though.
I would say we are. We do intakes Mon-Fri, you just need to arrive between 5-6am. The weekly fee is $90, and you will need a photo ID. Here are the directions: Take E 7045 S/E Park Centre Dr to 1300 E 2 min (0.3 mi) Head west toward E 7045 S/E Park Centre Dr 0.1 mi Turn right onto E 7045 S/E Park Centre Dr 0.1 mi Drive from I-215 W and Fashion Blvd to Murray 7 min (3.1 mi) Turn left onto 1300 E 0.1 mi Turn right onto S 1200 E/Union Park Ave 0.4 mi Use the right 2 lanes to take the ramp to I-215 W 0.8 mi Merge onto I-215 W 0.5 mi Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 10 toward 280 E 0.3 mi Continue onto S 280 E St/Fashion Blvd Continue to follow Fashion Blvd 0.7 mi Turn left onto 5900 S Destination will be on the left at 164 East) 0.4 mi Drive to your destination
So what happens on Sundays? Am I going to be sick because your clinic will be closed and I can't get my dose?
Yes we accept Traditional Medicaid, but PCN Medicaid will not cover treatment. With Traditional Medicaid the patient will pay $45 per week which is all inclusive of all services we provide as part of our program. Feel free to reach out for more information, and if you choose to start treatment we do intakes Monday-Friday starting at 5:00am, no appointment necessary. To begin treatment you will need the treatment fee along with a photo ID. Hopes this helps answer your question.
You will not need to get a Money Order before intake, you can bring cash, credit or money order (but no American Express).
Yes, we accept Credit Cards, but not American Express. The first day we do accept cash, but only up intake. And you bet you can start tomorrow. Hope to see you then :)
Arrive between 5-6:am. Bring a photo ID and $90. But, if you have Traditional Medicaid the fee is $45.
We would be honored to be part or your treatment team. What time do you need to be to work? Price for methadone is $90 per week.
The program is $90 per week, and $45 for Traditional Medicaid.
Yes, intake starts at 5:am, first come first serve. We except walk-ins until 6:am. Intake day is the only time you need to arrive that early; dosing hours during the week 5:am - 11:am, Saturday 6:am-8:am, Sunday everyone has a take home if they come in on Saturday.
