Literally, this was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. My nail tech was so thoughtful and methodical. I had booked with Megan and I think that’s who ended up doing my nails. I was not rushed at all. My tech was thorough and it felt amazing. This is my favorite place I’ve been in SL Valley for pedicures!

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at Xclusive Nail Lounge. I paid for the $42 pedicure … they only scrubbed for my feet for no more than a minute and my feet aren’t smooth at all. The massage was 2 minutes tops. I’m extremely disappointed… it just seemed rushed and haphazard. I also got a full set… my nails are all different sizes and lengths and my ombré have straight lines across where it’s supposed to be subtle. The people were fairly nice though

In the event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your service(s) will be performed in full, but we will do our best to accommodate you or reschedule your appointment if needed. If we perform an abbreviated service due to your late arrival, you will be fully charged for your originally scheduled service.
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your reservation. For appointments canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, we will charge 20% of the services booked to the credit card on file. For services canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or No-shows, we will charge 40% of the services booked to the credit card on file.
Automatically Refund for pre-paid appointment service. If a customer cancels at least 48 hrs prior to their appointment, they will be automatically refunded in the form of their initial payment.
We do require a credit card to hold the booking. Your card will not be charged for any services until the day of the event, and only in the event of canceled services or No-shows. Once we receive your completed request with guest names and a service list for your guests, we will attempt to book your requested appointment right away. A Salon member will follow up if there is any need for clarification or change. Note: your appointment is not guaranteed until we have received a credit card to hold your booking.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow for a stress-free check-in. Lateness causes a chain reaction and we want you to the get most bliss for your buck, so be prompt and ready to be pampered.
When you make an appointment, make sure to ask the nail salon if they use a hospital grade sterilization system such as an autoclaved sterilizer. It’s the best way to prevent nail infections. You can bring your own manicure tools if you feel uncomfortable using the salon’s tools. (pumice stones, emery boards, nail buffers, foam toe separators will be brand new for each customer)
We’d prefer cell phone conversations to be limited to emergencies only.
Due to sanitation protocols, we do hope to limit food and drink to the minimum during the time of your visit. We also hope customers are respectful of other clients by not bringing in anything that smells too strongly.
