Two workers from Sunday were definitely racist. The heavy set Caucasian girl had such an atttitude with me the entire time. She was so sure should be able to match my skin tone with one try and and when she failed miserably she was such a jerk about it and everything after she rudely tried 5-6 bottles different shades or make up. She ignorantly pulled out a shade that was 4 times darker than my skin, and when I told her i didn’t like it it was too dark for me, she said well no it’s not and it depends on where where you’re trying to match and I told her I’m trying to match my skin color.. maybe my neck!?!!!! The Hispanic they just stood there watching my adult child and I look at things as if we were going to steal… if I didn’t have enough money for Mac make up I wouldn’t be in that store. I love Mac make up and I used to love going there but because of this interaction, I will only shop online. The bottle of concealer they sold me was not even full!!

Zachary is absolutely fantastic. I came in earlier this month to get an updated foundation color and he COMPLETELY changed my makeup game... Found me a color match, introduced me to a foundation brush which is the best tool I've ever used in my life that nobody told me about, and also introduced me to a foundation pump. It was revolutionary. I had a concert later that week that I dressed up for and I was lookin' like a SNACK because Zachary set me up right.

I just stopped in last Friday afternoon to see what was new and maybe get a few tips and tricks. I was helped my Mickey who was totally amazing.. I am a trans customer who is still working on her makeup skills. Mickey made me feel so welcomed and accepted and went way out of her way by touching things up a little bit while teaching me how to do it myself. Mickey is a great representative for a fine company with superior products.
