I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I am blown away by the lack of care, consideration and engagement from employees. I have been sitting in the waiting room for almost two hours with heart attack symptoms. I was told an hour ago I was second in line and I’m still sitting. Staff are texting on their personal phones, 1 out of 5 staff introduce themselves. This is supposed to be the best in the state! I will definitely avoid this hospital in the future. I understand busy but this is poor quality care in every way. Let’s do better. Our patients deserve better. Please improve to standard.

I’m not one to usually leave a bad review but I went in today for pain I had in my ear from discomfort I’ve had for about a year and after the nurse assigned to me asked why I hadn’t gotten it checked in the one year , I had explained that it was my financial situation. He made a remark saying I should’ve gone to the doctor with the money I used to do my nails. I felt like his comment was unnecessary and out of line and clearly doesn’t know the struggle that people go through. Also , My sister had paid for my nails too… I understand that medical field workers go through so much as of lately but his comment was just really unnecessary.

if there is no star I can do I won't hasten I was at the ER on Saturday night that was a nightmare people just waiting more than 3 hours no one comes and checked if they need help a lady was in pain crying and they see her but they didn't offer any help her husband was asking about the waiting time the front desk said just wait!!!! this is the worst experience I waited 3 hours and I couldn't wait I had to leave
